Balloons at a wedding? Not something I am normally a fan of but when I came across the artistry of Balloonatic I was hooked! These are not your average, unimaginative balloon arches, these balloons have real style and flair. I asked founders Jayne & Becky to introduce us to their magical world of balloons in their own words.
Balloonatic are Britain’s most extreme balloon artists. We can turn any event into THE event! Balloonatic transform a gathering into a party by adding a dash of colour, a sprinkling of humour and a big dollop of fun. What would a Balloonatic do at your wedding?
Balloonatic can be tailor made to fit your day and theme, we can use certain colours, wear specific outfits and we can entertain at any point during the day or evening, in the past we’ve been asked to entertain for a few hours whilst the area for the service was being transformed into the reception area, but usually a wedding reception would run as follows:-
To start we would usually mingle amongst your guests in the drinks reception, creating intricate balloon jewellery and accessories, rings, bracelets, corsages, hand bags and fascinators for example.
We can also create drink buddies, cute balloon creatures who sit very comfortably on your arm while you sip your drink. We would then appear at the dinner or buffet moving from table to table much like a close up magician would do, creating balloon caricatures of some of your guests and finally as the evening begins to go crazy, so do the balloons. Giant hats, fairy wings and even scuba diving and helicopter outfits are just some of the creations that come out at the end of a good party - guaranteed to help create the best photos ever!
Balloon decoration
We can also offer balloon decoration for your event, we can do all the bog standard stuff like arches and columns but with a Balloonatic around the possibility are endless, instead of having 3 sad balloons looking lonely on the table, why not have floating cupcakes or giant teapots as centre pieces?
Finally every Balloonatic is also a trained experienced performer, we are just as happy entertaining 1000 people as we are one to one, we like to include the people waiting for a balloon in the making of the current one, and as we try and never repeat a design so people are always delighted and fascinated by what we create.
