Preston Court is a listed Georgian manor house and magnificent 17th century Kentish oak Barn, surrounded by ornamental lakes and woodland, set in 550 acres of stunning secluded private estate. This family run venue for weddings, set in the heart of the Kent countryside, yet within easy distance from London.
Couples have three choices for their wedding ceremony – the enchanting 12th century St. Mildred’s Church which sits within the estate at Preston Court, in the gardens on Juliana’s medieval moated island in a pretty garden folly, or in the fantastic Kentish Barn which seats up to 120 people.
Evening receptions can then follow on in the fine oak barn which has a stage for live music, with a licensed bar and a cosy wood burning stove.
A Preston Court you can, of course, enjoy the traditional white wedding but they can also offer you something a bit different.
There is a beautiful Victorian Carousel and some 1920’s Art Deco mechanical fairground organs here which are available for hire and add that extra ‘WOW’ factor and will delight your photographer.
They have a range of themes, plans and decoration ideas which can be tailored as desired. Themes such as ‘Rustic Romance,’ ‘Country house,”Rural Charm,’ ‘Vintage Fairgound,’ ‘Medieval Banquet’ are perfect for this setting. They also have a selection of fabulous caterers for you to choose from to make your day even more personal.
