For the Princess & the Pea wedding I wanted to create an outdoor scene that was a home from home, so it seemed the only logical thing to do was to build the different rooms of a house under the branches of a huge tree!  There was of course the bedroom scene with the stack of mattresses, a living room scene and a dining room scene where I dressed a table for a wedding breakfast.

The set was full of fun with stacked mattresses covered in different bedspreads underneath the huge canopy of the tree with an eclectic mixture of lampshades hanging from them.  The dining room was a vintage mix of furniture and a cluttered array of flowers, coloured glass and accessories.

The brides dress was a long boho style with some simple detailing around the waist – it worked really well with the country theme.
